B. L. Hyde Biography
Bonnie Lee Hyde and her first
book, We The People, was published when she
reached the age of 70. Bonnie is living proof that we
are never too old to accomplish our dreams.
In attempting to write her first
book, way back in 1986, Bonnie was becoming disheartened
until she spotted a news article about a man who entered
the Senate building and shot a guard before he was
apprehended. He was eventually found to be insane.
Bonnie remembers the inspiration
she felt, “That peaked my interest, and my mind
immediately thought “what if”, that is, what if
he hadn’t been insane but had been a part of an
organized rebellion formed to fight an unjust
government?”
That inspiration was the basis for
her novel We The People. Her book took five
years to write and was all originally written on legal
pads.
After many long years of trying to
learn the in’s and out’s of the publishing business,
Bonnie found Mystic Publishers, and the rest is history.
Today Bonnie Lee Hyde is finishing
her political thriller trilogy under her pen name, B. L.
Hyde. She is also making personal appearances and
participating in book signings nationwide.
Serving as an inspiration to
anyone who has ever had a dream, Bonnie Lee Hyde
continues to live life to the fullest and keeps asking
the question, “what if” to the delight of readers
everywhere.
